Because I won !!!! Not only is she, Bindu Grandhi, the wife of one of my favorite writers (Dr.Grandhi of Circle of Souls) but while scoping this book out (I mean you don't want to try and win a book you wouldn't like), I got to watch her prepare some of her recipes and they look sooo easy!
