i followed contests all over the web to win this book and now i have! i have to thank book soulmates who writes good reviews and, fortunately for me, likes lots of the same books i like. if you like books, you really ought to visit her. she has several giveaways going...but watch out...she has good recipes that you can gain weight just by reading...i know!
